PDCA Circulation Method Disease Emergency Rescue Fund Declaration Verification
目的：更好完成天津市疾病应急救助基金申报管理工作。方法：通过应用PDCA循环法，规范化资料申报流程、完善多元化资料审核体系、制定标准化基金发放制度，建立长效化工作管理机制。结果：天津市医院协会出色完成了三轮疾病应急救助从基金资料申报到申请基金发放、核实的全部工作，得到了卫生行政管理部门及各医疗机构的高度评价。结论：应用PDCA循环法在疾病应急救助基金申报管理实践过程中，有效提高了各医疗机构申报资料的完整度，大大提高了申报基金合格率，是一种持续有效的质量管理方法。
Objective：Purpose to better complete the Tianjin disease emergency rescue fund declaration management work. Methods：By applying the PDCA circulation method of standardization of data declaration process，perfect the information system, standardized funds approval work to establish a long-term management mechanism. Results: Tianjin hospital association outstanding finished three rounds of disease emergency aid from the fund declared data to apply for funds to issue and verify all the work，highly evaluated by the medical administrations and medical institutions at all levels. Conclusion: The application of PDCA circulation method in disease emergency rescue fund declaration management practices effectively improves the integrity of all medical institutions to declare data，greatly improve the qualified rate of the declaration of funds，is a continuous and effective quality management method.
