Abstract:Objective：Purpose to better complete the Tianjin disease emergency rescue fund declaration management work.　Methods：By applying the PDCA circulation method of standardization of data declaration process，perfect the information system, standardized funds approval work to establish a long-term management mechanism. Results: Tianjin hospital association outstanding finished three rounds of disease emergency aid from the fund declared data to apply for funds to issue and verify all the work，highly evaluated by the medical administrations and medical institutions at all levels. Conclusion: The application of PDCA circulation method in disease emergency rescue fund declaration management practices effectively improves the integrity of all medical institutions to declare data，greatly improve the qualified rate of the declaration of funds，is a continuous and effective quality management method.
