Abstract:The thesis analyze the hospital dietary products，catering services，dining environment and dining conditions in four aspects of the third party satisfaction survey ,to get the impact of Dietary satisfaction，to carry out measures from the system implementation，strict assessment ,and human management ,and get strong support of hospital and departments level，so that the hospital’s dietary satisfaction has been significantly improved.
