中文摘要: 目的:调查医务人员和患方(患者及家属)对肿瘤疾病的就医期望值、危重病人抢救、知情同意、医患关系等相关问题并探讨原因、分析思考。方法:采取随机抽样完成有效问卷200份,建立数据库,利用对应检验方法进行统计分析。结果:患方的就医期望较高,部分患方缺乏自我保护意识,部分医务人员对当前医患关系缺乏信心。结论:目前医患双方对肿瘤治疗的医学期望值不同,在治疗中易产生医患纠纷。
Abstract:Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the related problems of medical staff and patients,such as the expectation of medical treatment,the rescue of critical patients,informed consent,and the relationship between doctors and patients,and to discuss the reasons and analyze and reflection. Methods:200 samples were collected by random sampling,to establish the database and use the corresponding test method to do the statistical analysis. Results:The patients’ expectation of medical treatment is higher,some patients lack the consciousness of self-protection,some doctors lack confidence in the current doctor-patient relationship. Conclusions:The medical expectation value of both sides of the medical treatment is different,which is easy to cause medical disputes.
