Abstract:Objective：The purpose of this study was to investigate the related problems of medical staff and patients，such as the expectation of medical treatment，the rescue of critical patients，informed consent，and the relationship between doctors and patients，and to discuss the reasons and analyze and reflection. Methods：200 samples were collected by random sampling,to establish the database and use the corresponding test method to do the statistical analysis. Results：The patients’ expectation of medical treatment is higher，some patients lack the consciousness of self-protection，some doctors lack confidence in the current doctor-patient relationship. Conclusions：The medical expectation value of both sides of the medical treatment is different，which is easy to cause medical disputes.
