中文摘要: 目的：利用QCC加强对I类切口围手术期抗生素使用的管理，规范抗生素使用。方法：按照品管圈活动步骤，对2015年全院I类切口围手术期抗生素使用情况进行调查分析，查找不合理原因，制定相应的措施并实施。结果：经有效对策后，抗生素合理率从49%上升81.73%。结论：利用QCC对I类切口围手术期抗生素使用进行管理，管理有效。
Abstract:Objective：Use QCC to strengthen the management of perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis for type I incision，and standardize the perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis protocol. Method：According to the quality control circle activity steps，the condition of perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis for type I incision in 2015 was investigated and analyzed. Many irrational reasons were found，then the corresponding measures were formulated and implemented. Results：After effective measures，the irrationality rate of perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis increased from 49% to 81.73%. Conclusion：It is effective to use QCC to manage the perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis for type I incision.
