中文摘要: 文章提炼了护士职业认同的定义，通过对医患关系内涵和医患关系紧张诱因进行分析，得出护士职业发展与医患关系改善是相辅相成的观点，即护理工作的良好开展有助于医患关系的改善和维持，同时和谐的医患关系也有助于护士职业认同的发展，提出了护士职业认同提升策略应包括加强护理教育、健全职业成长机制、创造良好工作环境和扩大社会宣传的思路，为改善当前社会上日趋紧张的医患关系提供参考。
Abstract:This article refined the definition of professional identity of nurse，analysised the connotation of doctor-patient relationship and the reason for it’s tension，discussed the complementary relationship between nursing work and doctor-patient relationship，that is to say，good nursing work is useful to doctor-patient relationship improvement and maintenance. Also harmonious doctor-patient relationship is helpful to the professional development of nurse，then refined the strategies to enhance professional identity of nurse which should be carried out from reinforce education，complete career growth mechanism，optimize working environment and broadcast social impact，which can provide ideas to improve tense doctor-patient relationship.
