Abstract:After the implementation of the new round of medical system reform，improving the medical technology，strengthening the technical management will be the focus of the hospital medical management. The thesis was written by the ideas of balanced scorecard through the implementation of energy efficiency evaluation by the medical technology ,which was divided into four dimensions of benefit index，internal quality management , operationa l indicators , individual learning and growth index and safety index through the，to explore ways to carry out the dynamic management mode of medical technology,so that medical technology management could be strengthened and medical quality could be promoted.
