跨境医疗作为当前医疗领域的热门话题，一出现便备受青睐，主要原因是其巨大的利益创收。然而，在跨境医疗迅猛发展的势头下，患者权益的法律保障却面临着尴尬的境地。本文通过对欧盟及我国跨境医疗患者权益立法保护现状及医疗问题进行分析，为我国跨境医疗存在的患者权益保护问题提供法律对策。
Cross-border Healthcare has been a hot topic in the current medical field for its huge profits. However，the legal protection of patients’ rights and interests is facing an embarrassing situation under the momentum of rapid development of Cross-border Healthcare. This paper is aimed at providing legal countermeasures for the protection of patients’ rights in Cross-border Healthcare by analyzing the legislation in the EU and China，understanding the legislation from home and abroad and summarizing the legal defects in our country.
