Abstract:Objective：To study the status quo of hospital and government cooperation between Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital and Nanjing Qixia District Government，in order to strengthen the homogenization process of medical service between local medical institutions and tertiary hospital . To provide policy recommendations so that the local people can enjoy convenient，inexpensive medical services. Methods：The status quo and existing problems of the cooperation between Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital and Qixia District People’s Government of Nanjing were carried out through literature，interview and so on. Results：Through the “hospital government cooperation”，Qixia District Hospital has made great progress. Among them，the rehabilitation center developed，Qixia District rehabilitation medical system in a primary comprehensive hospital and secondary rehabilitation specialized hospital industry has also been formed，the masses in the “hospital government cooperation” are in the real benefit. Conclusion：The “hospital government cooperation” model carried by Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital and the People’s Government of Nanjing Qixia District formed the win - win situation of people’s livelihood been promoted by government，the benefits enjoyed by masses，the hospital been mutual development and social been satisfied.
