中文摘要: 目的：探讨服刑精神分裂症患者的社会功能与社会支持之间的现状，以期探索提高患者康复状况的护理方法。方法：采用住院精神病人社会功能评定量表（SSPI）和领悟社会支持评定量表（PSSS）对江苏省监狱管理局江北医院的111例服刑精神分裂症患者进行调查。结果：111例患者社会功能总分为（21.55 ± 6.72）分，处于中度缺陷水平；领悟社会支持总分为（60.69 ± 5.01）分，处于较低水平；服刑精神分裂症患者的社会功能与社会支持的相关系数为0.342（P < 0.05）。结论：服刑精神分裂症患者的社会功能偏低，且社会支持与社会功能水平呈正相关。在服刑精神分裂症患者康复过程中，应重视社会支持对服刑精神分裂症患者社会功能的积极影响。
Abstract:Objective：To study the relationship of social function and social support in schizophrenia patients in prison，and find the nursing methods for improving the mental symptoms and social function. Methods：111 schizophrenia patients were tested by scale of social function for psychosis in patients （SSPI） and perceived social support scale （PSSS） in psychiatric hospital of Jiangsu provincial prison administration. Results：The score of social function is （21.55 ± 6.72） in 111 patients which was defective moderately. The perceived social support was （60.69 ± 5.01） which was on a low level. The association between social function and social support were 0.342 （P < 0.05）. Conclusion：The social function of schizophrenia patients was lower and was positively correlated with social support. We should pay attention to the positive effects of social support on the social function of patients with schizophrenia in the process of rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.
