中文摘要: 目的：通过对辽宁医学科技奖奖励项目的分析，探讨我省医学科学研究形势，为我省医药卫生领域科技创新及科研工作提供政策依据。方法：对比2014年至2016年辽宁医学科技奖奖励项目的分布，并进行统计分析。结果：2014年至2016年申报辽宁医学科技奖项目数量逐年减少；医学院校附属医院获奖项目数量最多，占总获奖项目数64%；通过获奖项目单位性质分析，市级医疗卫生单位在医学科学研究与技术创新方面能力明显不足。结论：辽宁医学科技奖代表了我省医疗行业科研和技术创新的最高水平，推动了我省医学科研和技术创新的发展；建议进一步加强基层医疗卫生机构科研水平和技术创新能力。
Abstract:Objective：Through the analysis of Liaoning medical science and technology award projects，to discusse the medical science research situation，in order to provide policy basis for medical health science and technology innovation and scientific research work in our province. Methods：Compared the Liaoning medical science and technology reward projects distribution from 2014 to 2016，and made statistical analysis. Results：The quantity declared of Liaoning medical science and technology reward reduced year by year from 2014 to 2016；the quantity awards of Medical college affiliated hospital accounted for 64% of the total award item number，which account for the largest proportion；Property analysis of winning projects unit，the innovation ability of municipal medical and health units in medical science and technology were insufficient. Conclusion：Liaoning medical science represented the highest level of medical industry and technological innovation，promoted the development of medical scientific research and technological innovation in our province；Suggestions to further strengthen the scientific research and technology innovation ability of fundamental medical institutions.
