中文摘要: 目的：了解医院科研现状及存在的问题，并提出建议。方法：对医院2011—2015年科研项目、奖项、论文、专利等科研指标做了回顾性统计分析。结果：近年来全院科研项目中标率明显提高，论文数量及质量逐年上升，但科研成果数量及级别无明显增长，发明专利较少、科研平台薄弱、科研力量不足。结论：应加强科研平台建设，重视人才培养，加强院内外的交流合作，临床与科研协同发展，重视科研奖项的培育及申报，完善科研相关制度。
Abstract:Objective：To evaluate the current situation and existing problems of hospital scientific research，and provide suggestions for promoting scientific research. Methods：This paper makes a retrospective statistical analysis of the scientific research projects，awards，papers，patents and other research indicators of hospital during 2011-2015. Results：In recent years，the bidding rate of scientific research projects in the hospital has been obviously improved，the quantity and quality of the papers have been increasing annually，but the number and level of scientific research achievements have not increased obviously，the invention patents are few，the research platform is weak，and the scientific research strength is insufficient. Conclusions：We should strengthen the construction of scientific research platform，pay attention to personnel training，strengthen exchanges and cooperation inside and outside the hospital，keep the clinical and scientific research develop coordinately，attach importance to the cultivation and application of scientific research awards，and improve the relevant scientific research system.
