中文摘要: 内部控制是保障组织权力规范有序､科学高效运行的有效手段,也是组织目标实现的长效保障机制｡基础性评价是对单位内部控制基础情况进行的“摸底”评价｡该文主要介绍江苏省省级机关医院开展内部控制基础性评价工作的主要做法及取得的成效,为公立医院开展内部控制基础性评价工作和下一步内部控制体系建设提供一定的参考｡
Abstract:Internal control is an effective mean to guarantee organization right standardized and scientific operation, and also a long-term guarantee system to achieve the organization’s goal. Basic evaluation is conducted to know the real basic situation of internal control within an organization. This thesis mainly introduces the main practices and effects of the basic evaluation of internal control in our hospital,thus providing references for public hospital carrying on the basic evaluation of internal control and the further construction of internal control system.
