Supply-side reform is to moderately explan the aggregate demands,strengthen the supply-side structural reforming,and improve the quality and efficiency of the supply system. Public hospitals,as the focus of health care reform,face the difficulties of dismatch of supply and demand,the uncompleted hierarchical diagnosis and treatment measures,the worse medical environment,the diversified public health needs,the“blowout” situation of population aging and chronic disease. Public hospitals managers should improve patients experience of the medical treatment,pay attention to the quality of supply, adjust the direction of supply,expand the effective supply,adjust the structure of hospital supply,take full advantage of scientific research and training, leverage the internet technology,change supply mode,deepen the innovation and development,seize the opportunity,make plan and achieve results as early as possible.
