目的:通过对苏州某医院2010-2015年期间各科室234例医疗纠纷发生原因进行分析,了解医疗纠纷的基本特征与情况,探讨防范措施,通过各种措施以达到缓解紧张的医患关系,减少各类医疗纠纷的发生。方法:针对目前医院存在的医患纠纷,计算各个科室医患纠纷的发生情况,根据纠纷的原因提出相应的措施,以减少纠纷的发生。结果:2010-2015年期间医院普外科、产科、妇科、骨科、心内科为纠纷多发科室,占所有医疗纠纷的58.33%。结论:医患纠纷的原因是多方面的,只有提高医务人员的素质、医疗技术水平和服务质量;加强医院的管理,制定和落实各项规章制度;加强医患有效沟通,才能减少医患纠纷的发生。
Objective:From the analysis of the cause of 234 medical disputes of a hospital in suzhou from 2010 to 2015,to understand the basic features and situation of medical disputes,and discuss the preventive measures,in order to ease the doctor-patient relationship. Methods:To calculate the incidences of medical disputes of different departments,and provide the countermeasures from the causes of medical disputes. Results:The rate is 58.33% which are high incidences of medical disputes from the departments of General Surgery, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Orthopaedics and Cardiology. Conclusion:The medical disputes could be prevented from the countermeasures of the improvement of medical staffs’quality,medical technology,service quality and hospital management, strengthening the regulations and the doctor-patient communication.
