中文摘要: 现代医院物业管理与医院发展息息相关，社会日益增长的服务需求和医院物业的现状发生了极大的反差。该文直面当前医院的困难，提出建设医院物业管理平台，从人的因素入手，引入PDCA的管理模式，取得了一定的效果。
Abstract:The property management is closely related to the development in hospital,there are great contrast between the growing sevice requirements and the current situation of hospital property. The thesis faces to the difficulty of current hospital,comes up with the platform of hospital property management construction,brings up the mangement mode of PDCA from the human factor,and has some effective factor.
