Hospital English Level English Test Stratification Analysis Policies and Suggestions
目的：为了解和推动医院职工英语能力。方法：采用分层整群抽样方法测试医技人员，护理人员和管理人员的英语水平。结果：三个组群的英语测试成绩有显著性差异，差异与专业、学历和年龄有关。结论：在大型综合性医院进行英语能力培训对医院发展有重要意义。
Objective:To learn and improve the hospital staff’s English ability. Method:Using a stratified cluster sampling method to test the doctors,the nurses and the administrators’ English level. Result:The English test results of three groups have significant differences,related to their professionals,educational backgrounds and ages. Conclusion:English training plays a significant role to the development of hospital in the large scale comprehensive hospitals.
