PDCA Information System of Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Information
目的：利用信息技术，建立和完善药品不良反应监测信息系统，简化药品不良反应上报程序，提高报告数量、质量和上报及时性。方法：应用PDCA循环，研究药品不良反应监测工作的现状、分析原因、制定干预计划、检查、总结，指导药品不良反应上报，加强监督检查、反馈及责任追究。结果：运用PDCA循环后，药品不良反应监测信息管理持续改进达到预期目标。结论：PDCA循环在加强药品不良反应监测信息管理的持续改进效果显著，可在医院药品不良反应监测管理中推广使用。
Objective:To establish and improve the information system of adverse drug reaction monitoring,simplify the procedures of adverse drug reaction reporting and improve the quantity,quality and timeliness of report by the using of information technology. Methods:The PDCA mode was applied to guide adverse drug reaction reporting and strengthen the surveillance,feedback and discipline. Results:After the application of PDCA,the expected objective of continuous improvement of adverse drug reaction monitoring information management was achieved. Conclusion:The application of PDCA obviously improved the information management of adverse drug reaction monitoring. It is suggested that PDCA should be widely used in hospital drug reaction monitoring management.
