中文摘要: 目的:分析南京地区18家三甲医院微信公众平台建设现状,探索改进策略｡方法:在“5W”传播模式框架下,运用问卷调查法和定量分析法进行分析｡结果:平台建设人员学历较高,专业差异较大;菜单设置较为全面;信息阅读量趋于稳定;推送信息立足本院｡结论:南京地区三甲医院微信公众平台的建设中,人才队伍建设有待强化;推送内容质量有待提升;平台服务功能有待完善;信息安全有待加强;受众和传播效果研究有待深入｡
Abstract:Objective:To analyze the current situation of WeChat public platform construction in 18 GradeⅢ,ClassA hospitals in Nanjing area,and put forward the improvement strategy. Methods:Questionnaire method and quantitative analytical method are used in research under“5W”communication mode. Results:18 GradeⅢ,ClassA hospitals in Nanjing area opened 20 such platforms. Platform operators own high education background,while in great different majors. Menus are settled comprehensively. Page view tends to be stable. Messages pushed are based on hospital news. Conclusion:Platform operators training should be enhanced. Messages pushed function should be well intensified. Platform’s service function should be improved. Information security should be enhanced. Audience study and communication-effect research should be deepened.
