目的:分析2024年碘缺乏病监测结果,评估碘盐供应以及学生、孕妇尿碘水平,为实现消除碘缺乏病目标提供参考依据。方法:2024年,在南昌市东湖区按东、南、西、北、中五个方位抽取调查对象,采集8-10岁学生和孕妇尿样及食用盐样进行检测。结果:采集盐样300份,碘盐覆盖率97.67%,合格碘盐食用率88.67%,盐碘中位数24.26 mg/kg。采集学生尿样200份,尿碘分布范围在2.1-573 μg/L;中位数161.00 μg/L;不同地区 8-10 岁儿童尿碘水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、不同性别儿童尿碘水平分布无统计学差异(P>0.05)。采集孕妇尿样100份,尿碘分布范围在27.9-887 μg/L,中位数140 μg/L。结论:在目前的食用盐碘含量下,学生碘营养水平总体较适宜,孕妇碘营养总体水平偏低,仍有较多孕妇存在碘缺乏风险,应重点进行健康教育指导,适当补充碘。 |

Objective:To analyze the monitoring results of iodine deficiency disorders in 2024,grasp the supply of iodized salt and the urinary iodine levels of students and pregnant women,and provide reference for achieving the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders. Methods:Survey subjects were selected from five directions in the entire district:east,south,west,north,and center. Salt and urine samples were collected from students aged 8-10 and pregnant women for testing. Results:300 salt samples were collected in 2024,with a coverage rate of 97.67% for iodized salt,a qualified iodized salt consumption rate of 88.67%,and a median salt iodine concentration of 24.26 mg/kg. Collect 200 urine samples from students,with a median urinary iodine level of 161.00 μg/L and a urinary iodine distribution range of 2.1-573 μg/L;The comparison of urinary iodine levels among children aged 8-10 in different regions showed statistically significant differences(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in urinary iodine levels among children of different ages(P > 0.05);The distribution of urinary iodine levels in children of different genders showed no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05). Collect 100 urine samples from pregnant women,with a median urinary iodine level of 140 μg/L and a urinary iodine distribution range of 27.9-887 μg/L. Conclusions:Under the current salt iodine concentration,the overall iodine nutrition level of students is relatively suitable,while the overall iodine nutrition level of pregnant women is low. There are still many pregnant women at risk of iodine deficiency,and health education guidance should be emphasized to supplement iodine. |
