| 目的：寻找医院科研伦理审查中存在的不足并提出改进措施，完善伦理审查过程。方法：对我院现有伦理委员会工作记录和科研项目伦理审查流程进行梳理，排查伦理审查中暴露的高风险点，通过征询有关专家意见形成改进措施。结果：我院科研项目审查存在6个风险点，专家建议采取6项措施加以改进。结论：伦理委员会是保障科研项目在伦理允许的范围内进行开展的重要防线，只有不断完善伦理委员会对科研项目的伦理审查过程，防止项目在未得到伦理许可的条件下开展，才能防止“伦理危机”的发生。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：：To find the shortcomings in the ethical review of hospital scientific research and to propose improvement measures to improve the ethical review process. Methods：The risk points in the ethical review were investigated by checking the ethics committee’s work records and the ethical review process of scientific research projects，then the improvement measures were proposed by consulting relevant experts. Results：There were six risk points in the ethical review of scientific research projects in our hospital，and the experts recommended corresponding countermeasures to improve them. Conclusions：The ethics committee is an important defense line that ensures the scientific research projects to be carried out within the ethical permission. Only the continuous improvement of ethics review process can prevent the incidence of ”ethical crisis”. |
