中文摘要: 目的:总结医院住院医师岗前培训BOOTCAMP实践效果及体会。方法:描述性研究方法对现有相关文献进行总结归纳,数据采用EPIDATA3.1进行录入,SPSS19.0统计学软件进行统计处理。结果:教学内容符合学员切实需求,主讲老师授课思路明确、形式生动。结论:住院医师岗前培训需要重视师资遴选工作,强调人文沉浸,课程设置需要持续优化,教育处要承担起主管部门支持角色。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effect of BOOTCAMP in pre-job training of residents by statistical method. Methods:The relevant existing literatures were summarized. The data were input by EPIDATA3.1 and analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software. Results:The content of teaching meet the actual needs of the residentts,and the main lecturer's teaching ideas were clear and vivid. Conclusions:Resident pre-job training needs to pay attention to the selection of teachers,emphasize humanistic immersion,optimize the curriculum. Department of Education should play a supporting role.
