目的：分析医院床位利用指数，探讨出院患者平均住院天数与床位利用指数的相关性。方法：回顾分析某医院2013—2017年各年份出院患者平均住院天数和床位利用指数，利用SPSS17.0进行相关分析，采用床位利用指数对各临床科室床位工作效率进行分析。结果：出院患者平均住院天数与床位利用指数存在高度的负相关性（r=-0.965，p=0.008）。“床位效率型科室”有23个，占临床科室的82.14%。结论：缩短平均住院天数可以有效降低床位利用指数，床位利用指数能全面科学地反映床位工作效率，有助于管理者作出决策。
Objective：To analyze the bed utilization index in hospital，and figure outthe correlation between average length of stay and bed utilization index. Methods：Through retrospective analysis of average length of stay and bed utilization index in discharged patients from 2013 to 2017 in a hospital by SPSS17.0，the sickbed work efficiency of every clinical department was analyzed with the bed utilization index. Results：There was a high negative correlation between average length of stay and bed utilization index（r=-0.965，p=0.008）. There were 23 departments were called “Sickbed Work Efficiency Departments”，which accounted for 82.14%. Conclusions：Shortening the average length of stay could effectively reduce the bed utilization index. The bed utilization index could reflect the work efficiency of sickbeds scientifically and comprehensively，and was beneficial for the decision marking of the managers of the hospital.
