目的：探索海南省健康服务业集群化发展的影响因素。方法：基于因子分析法对健康服务业集群化发展影响因子进行研究，最终形成海南省健康服务业集群化发展影响因子集。结果：确定了影响海南省健康服务业集群化发展的四个因子，依次为企业主体因子，市场需求因子，政府行为因子，外部环境因子。结论：发展健康服务业是新时期医药卫生领域深化改革的重要内容之一，集群化发展是符合健康服务业特点的发展模式。企业主体因素，市场需求，政府行为和外部环境是影响海南省健康服务业集群化发展的重要因素。

Objective：Exploring the influencing factors of cluster development of health service industry in Hainan Province. Method：Based on the factor analysis method，this paper studies the influencing factors of the cluster development of health service industry in Hainan Province，and finally forms the influencing factor of cluster development of health service industry in Hainan Province. Results：The study shows that enterprise main body，the market demand，government behavior and the external environment are the core influence factors of cluster development of health care industry. Conclusion：The development of health care industry is one of the important contents to deepen health care reform in the new era and cluster development model conforms with the characteristics of health care industry. Enterprise main factors，market demand，government behavior and external environment are the important factors influencing the cluster development of health service industry in Hainan Province.
