摘要: |
目的:科学识别且有效规避医院公开招聘工作中的主要风险点,并提出针对性的管控策略,切实提高医院招聘的工作效率以及人才招录质量。方法:以江苏省某三甲医院为例,基于医院招聘流程分析,梳理出医院招聘过程中存在的主要风险点。结果:医院招聘面临外部环境、人力评估、信息不对称、人才评价、招聘成本增加、招聘评价不当等主要风险点。结论:通过招聘全流程风险纵向管控、内部风险横向管控以及外部风险侧向管控相结合,构建多维度、全流程的医院招聘风险管控体系,可为医院高水平建设和高质量发展所需人才筑牢招聘选拔关口。 |

Abstract: |
Objective:Scientifically identify and effectively avoid the main risk points in the public recruitment of hospitals,and put forward targeted control strategies to effectively improve the work efficiency of hospital recruitment and the quality of recruited talents. Methods:Taking a certain grade A tertiary hospital in Jiangsu Province as an example,the main risk points in the recruitment process of the hospital are sorted out based on the analysis of the hospital recruitment process. Results:Hospital recruitment is faced with external environment,human resource assessment,information asymmetry,talent evaluation,increased recruitment costs,improper recruitment evaluation and other major risk points. Conclusion:By combining recruitment whole-process risk control vertically,internal risk control horizontally and external risk control laterally,a multi-dimensional and whole-process hospital recruitment risk control system is constructed to build a solid recruitment and selection gate for talents needed for high-level construction and high-quality development of hospitals. |
