| 目的：通过对公立医院多院区同质化管理现状研究及思考，为提升公立医院多院区的同质化管理水平和高质量发展提供参考。方法：通过文献梳理，总结公立医院多院区同质化管理的典型实践案例，深入分析了当前多院区同质化管理面临的问题与挑战，并据此提出了针对性的策略与建议。结果：一些大型头部公立医院在多院区同质化管理上进行了很好的实践探索，但从全局上看，还存在成本控制、学科布局等一系列难点和挑战。结论：公立医院多院区同质化管理模式是推动各院区协同发展、保障医疗质量整体一致性的重要途径和核心举措。应加强公立医院多院区建设顶层设计，发挥系统协同效应，使各院区形成统一整体，并注意基于同质化管理的各院区差异化特色发展，推动管理同质化水平和高质量发展内涵。 |

| Objective：By studying and reflecting on the current situation of homogenization management in multiple hospital districts of public hospitals，this study provides reference for improving the homogenization management level and high-quality development of multiple hospital districts in public hospitals. Method：This study summarizes typical practice cases of homogenization management in multiple hospital districts of public hospitals through literature review，deeply analyzes the problems and challenges faced by homogenization management in multiple hospital districts，and proposes targeted strategies and suggestions based on this. Result：The homogenization management model of multiple hospital districts in public hospitals is an important way and core measure to promote the coordinated development of various hospital districts and ensure the overall consistency of medical quality. Some large top public hospitals have made good practical explorations in the homogenization management of multiple hospital areas，but from a global perspective，there are still a series of difficulties and challenges such as cost control and discipline layout. Conclusion：Strengthen the top-level design of multi hospital construction in public hospitals，leverage the synergistic effect of the system，form a unified whole in each hospital area，and pay attention to the differentiated characteristic development of each hospital area based on homogeneous management，promoting the level of management homogenization and high-quality development connotation. |
