提升鼻内窥镜能力的3D打印模拟训练教学△ |

目的:探讨采用3D打印模拟训练教学法,训练耳鼻咽喉科住培医师鼻内窥镜操作能力。方法:选取2021年9月至2023年6月在南京鼓楼医院耳鼻咽喉科进行住院医师规范化培训的学员12名作为研究对象,运用鼻内窥镜下3D打印模拟训练法进行教学。比较培训前后学员的手眼协调、动力刨削系统、颅底磨钻和3D打印模型模拟练习成绩。结果:培训后,学员成绩较训练前明显提升(P < 0.05),学员对3D模拟训练掌握度为90%,知识整体掌握度为78%,对3D模拟训练整体满意度为93%,97%的参训学员期待再次参加培训。结论:通过建立鼻内窥镜3D打印模拟训练教学体系,可为住培医师提供更好的学习平台,提升耳鼻咽喉科住培医师的鼻内窥镜操作能力。 |

Objective:This study employs a 3D printing simulation training method to enhance the nasal endoscopy skills of otolaryngology residents. Methods:Twelve participants undergoing standardized residency training in the Department of Otolaryngology at Gulou Hospital in Nanjing from September 2021 to June 2023 were selected for the study. The training utilized nasal endoscopy-based 3D printing simulation. A comparative analysis of pre- and post-training scores for hand-eye coordination exercises,powered resection system exercises,skull base drilling exercises,and 3D printing model simulation exercises revealed a significant improvement in post-training scores(P < 0.05). Results:Feedback from the survey indicated a 90% mastery rate of 3D simulation training. The overall knowledge mastery rate was reported at 78%. A 93% overall satisfaction rate,and a 97% desire among participants to attend similar training again. Conclusion:Establishing a nasal endoscopy 3D printing simulation training system provides a superior learning platform for otolaryngology residents,enhancing their nasal endoscopy skills. |
