基于5G信息系统结合POCT在缩短急性STEMI患者门球时间中的应用

摘要:
目的:分析基于5G网络多途径信息传输系统结合POCT在缩短急性STEMI患者门球时间中的应用效果。方法:选取滨州医学院附属医院2020年1月-2021年10月救护车常规接诊入院行PCI治疗的STEMI患者50名为对照组,将2021年11月-2022年12月启用基于5G网络的多途径信息传输系统结合POCT后救护车接诊入院行PCI患者50名作为试验组。观察并记录患者FMC-确诊时间、急诊科滞留时间、D-to-B时间、救治成功率和死亡率、PCI术前和术后疾病并发症发生率以及住院时间和住院费用。结果:试验组FMC-确诊时间(5.96±2.258)、急诊科滞留时间(13.70±24.203)、D-to-B时间(41.64±26.242)均少于对照组(分别为9.04±3.226、37.20±24.502、73.34±35.832),差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.001);术后疾病并发症发生率试验组(22%)低于对照组(44%),住院时间和住院费用试验组少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);PCI术前疾病并发症发生率、救治成功率和死亡率,两组差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论:5G网络多途径信息传输系统结合POCT可缩短急性STEMI患者救治时间,减少PCI术后并发症发生率,可缩短住院时间、降低住院费用。

The Application of Based on 5G Information System Combined with POCT in Shortening the Door to Balloon Time of Acute STEMI Patients

Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the application effect of multi-channel information transmission system based on 5G network combined with POCT in shortening the door to balloon time of acute STEMI patients. Methods:Fifty STEMI patients admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital for routine ambulance admission and PCI treatment from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the control group. From November 2021 to December 2022,the multi-channel information transmission system based on 5G network combined with POCT was used as the experimental group for 50 patients admitted to hospital for PCI after ambulance treatment. The time of FMC- diagnosis,emergency department detention time,D-to-B time,success rate of treatment and mortality,incidence of disease complications before and after PCI,length of hospital stay and hospitalization cost were observed and recorded. Results:FMC-diagnosis time(5.96±2.258),emergency department detention time(13.70±24.203)and D-to-B time(41.64±26.242)in experimental group were less than those in control group(9.04±3.226,37.20±24.502,73.34±35.832,respectively). The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001). The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group(22%)was lower than that in the control group(44%),and the length of hospital stay and hospitalization cost in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications,success rate of treatment and mortality between the two groups before PCI(P > 0.05). Conclusion:5G network multi-channel information transmission system combined with POCT can shorten the treatment time of acute STEMI patients,reduce the incidence of complications after PCI,shorten the hospital stay and reduce the hospitalization cost.
