| 目的：分析某地级市三甲医院疫情前后转外就医变化，并对原因进行分析，提出合理化建议。方法：采用回顾性调查研究方法、对比分析法，描述分析2017-2019年与2020-2022年转外就医人次、转出科室、转外就医地点、外转病种等情况。结果：2020-2022年较2017-2019年转外就医人次、转外病种减少，转外病种变化明显，转外科室和转外地域无明显变化。结论：疫情影响转外就医频次和病种，疫情期间患者一般疾病选择区域内诊疗，但疫情对部分肿瘤患者，尤其恶性肿瘤转外就医影响程度不大。 |

| Objective：To analyze the changes of outward medical transfers before and after the epidemic in a prefecture-level city grade A tertiary hospital，and to analyze and discuss the reasons and put forward rationalization suggestions. Methods：Retrospective survey research method and comparative analysis method were used to describe and analyze the number of outward medical transfers，departments transferred out，locations of outward medical transfers，and types of outward medical transfers in 2017-2019 versus 2020-2022. Results：In 2020-2022 compared with 2017-2019，there was a decrease in the number of referrals for outpatient care and the types of outpatient diseases，a significant change in the types of outpatient diseases，and no significant change in outpatient departments and outpatient geographic locations. Conclusion：Epidemics affect the frequency and types of diseases transferred out of the region，and patients choose intra-regional treatment during general disease epidemics，but for some tumor patients，especially malignant tumors，epidemics do not have a significant degree of influence on transferring out of the region. |
