新冠肺炎患者病室环境消毒措施及效果研究△

摘要:
目的:评价新冠肺炎患者的病室日常消毒和终末消毒措施效果。方法:对新冠肺炎患者居住的病室环境采集样本,进行新冠病毒检测,评估病毒污染情况和消毒效果。结果:采集环境样本957个点位,共146份标本,发现20份阳性标本,阳性结果来自8名患者居住的病室,其中6名患者感染了新冠变异毒株。结论:加强感染变异毒株患者居住病室环境的日常消毒和终末消毒工作,尤其是马桶的消毒;终末消毒后,要做好环境的清洁工作,清除残留的病毒基因片段。

Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the effect of daily disinfection and terminal disinfection in wards of patients with COVID-19. Methods:Collect nucleic acid samples from the ward environment where COVID-19 patients live,to evaluate the virus contamination and the effect of disinfection. Results:In this study,957 environmental samples were collected,with a total of 146 specimens,and 20 positive specimens were found. The positive specimens were collected from the ward where eight COVID-19 patients live,of which 6 patients were infected with COVID-19 variant strain. Conclusion:Strengthen the daily disinfection and terminal disinfection of the wards of patients infected with COVID-19 variant strain,especially the disinfection of the toilet. At the same time,cleaning up the environment after the terminal disinfection is important to remove the COVID-19 gene fragment.
