| 目的：评价新冠肺炎患者的病室日常消毒和终末消毒措施效果。方法：对新冠肺炎患者居住的病室环境采集样本，进行新冠病毒检测，评估病毒污染情况和消毒效果。结果：采集环境样本957个点位，共146份标本，发现20份阳性标本，阳性结果来自8名患者居住的病室，其中6名患者感染了新冠变异毒株。结论：加强感染变异毒株患者居住病室环境的日常消毒和终末消毒工作，尤其是马桶的消毒；终末消毒后，要做好环境的清洁工作，清除残留的病毒基因片段。 |

| Objective：To evaluate the effect of daily disinfection and terminal disinfection in wards of patients with COVID-19. Methods：Collect nucleic acid samples from the ward environment where COVID-19 patients live，to evaluate the virus contamination and the effect of disinfection. Results：In this study，957 environmental samples were collected，with a total of 146 specimens，and 20 positive specimens were found. The positive specimens were collected from the ward where eight COVID-19 patients live，of which 6 patients were infected with COVID-19 variant strain. Conclusion：Strengthen the daily disinfection and terminal disinfection of the wards of patients infected with COVID-19 variant strain，especially the disinfection of the toilet. At the same time，cleaning up the environment after the terminal disinfection is important to remove the COVID-19 gene fragment. |
