| 目的：对某院卒中中心各项指标数据进行分析，为卒中中心的进一步发展提供参考。方法：应用C-DRG运算平台，计算该中心各项指标数据，同时分科室和医疗组进行对比分析，分析结果以CMI、DRG总量、时间消耗指数和费用消耗指数等指标进行展示。结果：总体来看，该中心的病种收治范围更加集中化和专业化，内外科收治病种的CMI值分别为1.24和5.25，高于全国平均水平，而时间消耗指数和费用消耗指数则低于全国平均水平；各医疗组的发展水平不一。结论：应用DRG指标对专病中心发展状况的评价较为准确可靠，中心应当根据分析结果适当调整发展策略，实现专科的高质量发展。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To analyze the index data of a stroke center in a certainhospital，so as to provide reference for the further development of stroke center. Methods：The C-DRG computing platform was used to calculate the index data of the center.At the same time，the sub-departments and medical groups were compared and analyzed，and the analysis results were displayed by indicators such as CMI，total DRG，time consumption index and cost consumption index. Results：Overall，the range of diseases admitted in the center was more centralized and specialized. The CMI values of medical and surgical diseases were 1.24 and 5.25，respectively，which were higher than the national average，while the time consumption index and cost consumption index were lower than the national average. The development level of each medical group is different. Conclusion：The application of DRG indicators to evaluate the development status of specialized disease centers is more accurate and reliable.Centers should adjust development strategies appropriately according to the analysis results to achieve high-quality development of specialized departments. |
