运用权变理论对医院人力资源调度进行科学管理,适度整合组织内差异性部门,形成以功能划分的疫情防控工作组织结构,根据对疫情发生、发展状况的预判,适时进行全院人力资源动态调整,从而提高医院“战时”人力资源管理效能,对应对突发疫情具有积极意义。 |

Abstract: |
Using the contingency theory to scientifically manage the hospital’s human resource scheduling,appropriately integrate the different departments within the organization to form a functionally divided epidemic prevention and control work organization structure,and make timely adjustments to the entire hospital’s human resources by predicting the occurrence and development of the epidemic.Thereby improving the efficiency of the hospital’s “wartime” human resource management,and responding to the sudden epidemic has a positive significance. |
