基于社会网络分析技术的苏州市护理人员流动现状研究

摘要:
目的:利用社会网络分析技术对苏州市护理人员流动情况进行可视化分析,了解该市护理人员整体流动现状,识别护理人员流动网络中关键节点的作用和该网络结构的整体特征。方法:对2016-2020年间护士执业地点变更数据进行整理,导入pajek社会网络分析软件中,利用网络密度、点度、k-核等社会网络分析技术对该网络进行分析。结果:苏州市护理人员在市属范围内流动存在明显的地域分布特点,不同等级医疗机构间护理人员流动呈现较规律的有向流动关系,通过社会网络分析可识别人员流动最为频繁的具体机构,苏州市医疗机构对护理人员有较强吸引力。结论:该地区护理人员队伍相对稳定,护理人员的有向流动总体符合人才发展的流动特点。针对部分医疗机构间频繁双向流动护理人员的情况,有关部门应进行重点监测,避免护理人员的不合理流动,保障护理工作的有序进行。

Abstract:
Objective:This paper,by using the social network analysis technology,conducts visual analysis of the nursing staff mobility in Suzhou. It expounds the current status of nursing staff in Suzhou,identifies the role of the key nodes in the nursing staff mobility network and its overall characteristics. Methods:Sort out the data on changes in nurses’ practice locations from 2016 to 2020 and imported them into pajek social network analysis software,and analyzed the network through social network analysis techniques like network density,point level,and k-core. Result:The nursing staff mobility in Suzhou City is charactered by significant geographical distributions. The mobility of nursing staff between medical institutions of different levels features a regular and directed mobility relationship. Through social network analysis,it can identify the specific institutions with the most frequent staff mobility. Suzhou City Medical institutions are more attractive to nursing staff. Conclusion:The nursing staff in this region is relatively stable,and the directional flow of nursing staff is generally in line with the flow characteristics of talent development. In view of the frequent two-way flow of nursing staff between some medical institutions,relevant departments should carry out key monitoring to avoid unreasonable flow of nursing staff and ensure the orderly progress of nursing work.
