| 目的：研究日喀则市人民医院2017-2019年全要素生产率的变化情况，为推动医院高质量发展及继续开展“组团式”援藏工作提供政策依据。方法：运用DEA-Malmquist指数法对日喀则市人民医院2017-2019年服务效率进行分析；结果：2017-2019年日喀则市人民医院技术效率均值1.071，其中纯技术效率1.055，规模效率1.016，技术进步0.883，全要素生产率0.947。2018-2019年度效率值明显优于2017-2018年度。结论：日喀则市人民医院在“组团式”援藏支持和自身建设发展下，服务效率获得了明显改善，下一步应加强医院精细化管理水平，健全医院内部制度，进一步提高医院服务效率，推动医院高质量发展。 |

| Objective：To study the change of total factor productivity of Shigatse people’s hospital from 2017 to 2019，and to provide policy basis for promoting high-quality development of the hospital and continuing to carry out “group” aid to Tibet. Methods：The service efficiency of Shigatse people’s Hospital from 2017 to 2019 was analyzed by using DEA Malmquist index method. Results：The average technical efficiency of Shigatse People’s Hospital from 2017 to 2019 was 1.071，of which the pure technical efficiency is 1.055，the scale efficiency is 1.016，the technological progress is 0.883，and the total factor productivity is 0.947. The efficiency value of 2018-2019 is significantly better than that of 2017-2018. Conclusion：The service efficiency of Shigatse people’s hospital has been significantly improved under the support of “group” aid to Tibet and its own construction and development. The next step is to strengthen the fine management level of the hospital，improve the internal system of the hospital，further improve the service efficiency of the hospital，and promote the high-quality development of the hospital |
