| 目的：规范高校附属医院权力运行，防范重点领域关键环节廉政风险，加强和完善廉政风险防控体系建设。方法：通过对省内八所高校附属医院开展廉政风险防控现状与成因调查，分析描述当前江苏省高校附属医院廉政风险防控的实践和存在的问题。结果：556名受访者中，中层干部、高级职称、中共党员、36-45岁的人对医院开展工作重视程度评分均在4~5分；中共党员、36-45岁的人对医院开展工作总体评价评分均在4~5分；中共党员、36-45岁的人对逐步遏制腐败现象信心评分均在4~5分；中层干部、高级职称、36-45岁的人对本岗位/科室廉政风险点的了解程度评分均在4~5分；中共党员评分在3~5分。访谈中，专家对多部门联合监督耦合联动效果给予高度肯定。结论：通过构筑“三道防线”，推行“四步实践”，总结“五项启示”，可有效提升风险防控能力。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：Standardize the power operation of affiliated hospitals of universities，guard against the risks of clean government in key areas and key links，and strengthen and improve the construction of a clean government risk prevention and control system. Method：This article analyzes and describes the current practice and existing problems of anti-corruption risk prevention and control in the eight affiliated hospitalsof universities in Jiangsu province. Result：Among the 556 interviewees，middle-level cadres，senior titles，China Communist Party members，aged 36-45，give average score at 4 to 5 points to the importance of assigned work in hospital. In China Communist Party members，aged 36-45，overall evaluation scores for the hospital’s work are 4 to 5 points. In China Communist Party members，aged 36-45，scores for believe gradually curbing corruption are 4 to 5 points. In middle-level cadres，senior titles，aged 36-45，scores for understanding of the integrity risk points of their posts/sections are 4 to 5 points，and in China Communist Party members scores are 3 to 5 points.During the interview，experts highly affirmed the effect of multi-departmental joint supervision and linkage. Conclusion：By building “three lines of defense”，implementing “four-step practice”，and summarizing the “five enlightenments”，risk prevention and control capabilities can be effectively improved. |
