| 目的：了解南通地区医学装备部门行政管理人员配置现状，为完善医院医学装备行政管理岗位人力配置标准提供依据。方法：运用二阶段抽样调查方法，对全市医院医学装备部门行政管理人员基本情况进行调查，以年龄、学历和职称按权重计算综合素质得分，采用一般描述分析的方法进行分析。结果：共调查28家医院的34名医学装备部门行政管理人员，平均年龄为（46.68±6.183）岁；本科学历和副高职称，分别占39.95％和35.57％；有工科专业背景人员38%，生物医学专业1人。结论：南通地区医院医学装备部门行政管理人员存在职称高、学历高但专业化与职业化低的现象。 |

| Investigation and Analysis on Medical Equipment Administrative Staff in Nantong Area |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To understand the current situation of administrative staff positioning in medical equipment departments in Nantong area，and to provide a basis standard for medical equipment administrative positions in hospitals. Method：Using the two-stage sampling survey method，the administrative staff of the medical equipment departments of the city’s hospitals were surveyed. The comprehensive quality scores were calculated according to the weights of age，education and professional title，and the analysis was carried out by the method of general description analysis. Results：The researchtotally investigated 28 medical hospitals and 34 medical equipment department administrators. The average age of the surveyed subjects is（46.68±6.183）years old，and most of them have bachelordegree and deputy senior title，accounting for 39.95% and 35.57% of the total number respectively. There is only 1 person majoring in biomedical engineering，and 38% of the number are professionals with engineering backgrounds. Conclusion：There is a phenomenon that the management staff of the hospital's medical equipment departments have high professional titles，high academic qualifications，and low specialization and professionalization. |
