| 目的：调查江苏省某三甲医院临床医生新型抗肿瘤药物临床应用认知情况，并对管理中存在的问题提出相对应的对策建议。方法：根据《新型抗肿瘤药物临床应用指导原则（2020年版）》，自制调查问卷和访谈提纲，对该院临床医生和管理人员分别进行问卷调查和人员访谈，采用描述性统计、拟合优度检验和卡方检验对认知情况进行分析。结果：参与调查的临床医生中，66.99%对新型抗肿瘤药物临床应用基本原则和管理要求认知程度偏高，不同年龄、职称和科室的临床医生认知情况有显著性差异。访谈结果表明，该院建立了抗肿瘤药物临床应用管理体系，制定了抗肿瘤药物临床应用管理制度，但在具体执行阶段仍与管理要求有差距。结论：该院临床医生认知程度较高，但仍需要定期组织培训与考核，完善抗肿瘤药物临床应用管理专业技术团队工作流程，发挥临床药师作用，通过多种形式提供技术指导与咨询，满足临床医生的需求，提高合理用药水平。 |

| Objective：To investigate the cognition of clinical application of new antitumor drugs among clinicians in a certaingrade-A tertiaryhospital in Jiangsu province，and to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems in the management. Methods：According to the guiding Principles for the Clinical Application of Novel Antitumor Drugs（2020 edition），a questionnaire and interview outline were made by ourselves. Questionnaire survey and interview were conducted for clinicians and managers in the hospital respectively. Descriptive statistics，goodness of fit test and Chi-square test were used to analyze the cognitive situation. Results：Among the participating clinicians，66.99% had a high degree of cognition on the basic principles and management requirements of the clinical application of new antitumor drugs，and there were significant differences in cognition among clinicians of different ages，professional titles and departments. The interview results show that the hospital has established the management system of clinical application of anti-tumor drugs，and formulated the management system of clinical application of anti-tumor drugs，but there is still a gap with the management requirements in the specific implementation stage. Conclusion：The clinical doctors in this hospital have a high degree of cognition，but they still need to organize regular training and assessment，improve the working process of the professional technical team for the clinical application management of anti-tumor drugs，play the role of clinical pharmacists，and provide technical guidance and consultation in various forms to meet the needs of clinicians and improve the level of rational drug use. |
