| 目的：分析了反馈型精准护理模式在肿瘤专科医院护士护理能力中的应用。方法：从我院住院的肿瘤患者中选择60例患者作为研究对象，对其按照不同的护理方法进行分组（对照组和观察组），对照组采用常规护理实施，观察组采用多维反馈型精准护理模式实施。观察患者焦虑和抑郁程度、疼痛程度、并发症发生情况、患者满意度以及护士护理能力评分。结果：两组患者入院第一天的焦虑、抑郁程度评分相比，无统计学差异（P＞0.05）；经过护理干预后，在出院的前一天进行评分比较，两组的焦虑、抑郁评分相比入院第一天均有明显降低（P＜0.05），这一时间窗上的组间相比，观察组评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；入院第1天两组患者的VAS评分比较无明显差异，出院前一天两组出现差异，观察组明显低于对照组，存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组护士护理能力评分比较上，观察组病例共纳入护士123人，护理能力评分平均值为（3.98±0.87）分，对照组病例共纳入护士68人，护理能力评分均值为（3.43±1.67）分，两组比较有明显差异，存在统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论：多维反馈型精准护理模式实施有助于缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁，降低其疼痛程度，提高患者对护理过程的满意度，并且能够不断使得护士的护理能力发生很大的提高。 |

| Objective：To analyze the application of feedback precision nursing mode in nursing ability of nurses in tumor hospitals. Methods：60 cases of tumor patients in our hospital were selected as the research object，and divided into groups according to different nursing methods（control group and observation group）. The control group was implemented by conventional nursing，and the observation group was implemented by multi-dimensional feedback precision nursing mode. The degree of anxiety and depression，the degree of pain，the incidence of complications，patients’ satisfaction and nurses’ nursing ability were observed. Results：There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups on the first day of admission（P＞0.05）. After nursing intervention，the scores were compared on the day before discharge. Compared with the first day of admission，the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were significantly reduced（P < 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups on the first day after admission，but there was a difference between the two groups on the day before discharge. The observation group was significantly lower than the control group，with statistical significance（P < 0.05）. In terms of nursing ability score comparison between the two groups，a total of 123 nurses were included in the observation group，with an average of（3.98±0.87）points，while 68 nurses were included in the control group，with an average of（3.43±1.67）points. There was a significant difference between the two groups，with statistical difference（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：The implementation of multi-dimensional feedback precision nursing mode is helpful to relieve patients’ anxiety and depression，reduce their pain degree，improve patients’ satisfaction with the nursing process，and continuously improve the nursing ability of nurses，so it has promotion value. |
