| 目的：分析评价临床科室医疗质量水平并提出策略建议，为改善医疗服务水平，提高医疗服务质量提供参考借鉴。方法：收集安徽省某大型公立医院28个临床科室医疗质量相关指标数据，运用秩和比法进行综合评价和水平分档。结果：医院各临床学科医疗质量总体水平存在差异，质量水平可分为4档，其中1档科室为烧伤科；2档科室包括心脏大血管外科、感染病科、神经外科、肝胆胰外科等12个科室；3档科室包括消化内科、妇科、骨科等11个科室；4档科室为产科和内分泌科，基本与实际情况吻合。结论：提升公立医院临床科室医疗质量水平，需要以三级公立医院绩效考核为引领，完善医疗质量评价体系，落实医疗核心制度和各级质控组织主体责任。同时，还要进一步加强信息化建设，全面提升医疗质量管理效率。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To analyze and evaluate the medical quality level of clinical departments，and put forward strategic suggestions，so as to provide reference for improving the medical service level and the quality of medical service. Methods：The data of 28 clinical departments of a certainlarge general hospital in Anhui Province were collected，and the rank sum ratio method was used to evaluate and classify the medical quality. Results：There are differences in the overall level of medical quality of various clinical disciplines in the hospital. According to the quality level，it can be divided into four levels，of which the first level is Burnsdepartment. The second level includes 12 departments，such as Cardiovascular Surgery，Infection department，Neurosurgery，Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery. The third level includes 11 departments，such as Gastroenterology，Gynecology，Orthopedics.And the fourth level is Obstetrics and Endocrinology，which is basically consistent with the actual situation all right. Conclusion：The improvement of the medical quality level of clinical departments in public hospitals needs to be guided by the performance evaluation of tertiary public hospitals，improve the medical quality evaluation system，and implement the medical core system and the main responsibilities of quality control organizations at all levels. At the same time，we should further strengthen the information construction and comprehensively improve the efficiency of medical quality management. |
