| 目的：研究在突发公共卫生事件中医学期刊出版面临的问题。方法：以两本中文医学期刊为例，对收到的新冠肺炎相关论文的时间节点、来源、稿件质量和审稿周期进行分析，总结问题并提出对策和建议。结果：两本期刊在200天的时间内收到了170篇新冠肺炎相关主题的论文，3月为来稿高峰期，之后呈下降趋势。稿件来源与期刊平时收稿情况一致，但优质稿件少，发表的论文以约稿为主。对于早期的投稿审稿速度较快。结论：面对突发公共卫生事件，医学期刊需要制定积极的应对方案，如严格把关论文学术质量，做好组稿策划；重视医学与人文社科交叉学科方面的研究，做好科普宣传；引入新技术，提升期刊影响力。 |

| A Study on the Publication Problems of medical journals in Public Health Emergencies△ |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To study the problems faced by the publication of medical journals in public health emergencies. Methods：This paper takes two Chinese medical journals as examples. Time nodes，sources，manuscript quality and review cycle of COVID-19 related papers received by the two journals were analyzed，problems were summarized and countermeasures and suggestions were proposed. Results：Two journals received 170 papers on COVID-19 in 200 days，with a peak in March and then a downward trend. The manuscript source is consistent with the usual situation of the journals，but thehighquality manuscript is few，and the paper published is mainly by manuscripts. For early submissions，the speed of review is faster. Conclusion：In the face of public health emergencies，medical journals need to develop positive response plans. Such as strictly check the academic quality of papers and do a good job of draft planning，attach importance to the interdisciplinary areas of medicine and humanities and social sciences，and do a good job in popularizing science. Finally，introduce new technology to enhance the influence of journals. |
