分类管理及考核在医院学科建设中的应用研究△

摘要:
目的:探索临床医学学科分类管理及考核新机制。方法:根据学科发展水平,将临床医学学科分为龙头学科、重点学科、扶持学科、普通学科等四个层级,从医疗质量安全、学科建设、医保管理、科室管理、业务指标五个方面制定考核细则进行年度考核。结果:通过分类管理考核,极大地提高了各学科的积极性,医疗、教学、科研都取得了明显的进步。医院管理更加科学精细,医院影响力明显提升。结论:对临床医学学科实施分类管理及考核,能够引导各学科按照医院制定的发展方向和管理目标积极创建,提高学科执行力,推动医院整体发展。

Abstract:
Objective:To explorea new mechanism of clinical medical discipline classification management and assessment. Methods:The clinical medicine disciplines are divided into four levels including:leading disciplines,key disciplines,supporting disciplines,and general disciplines,according to the level of discipline development. Formulate assessment rules from the five aspects of medical quality safety,discipline construction,medical insurance management,department management,business indicators. Results:Through the classification management assessment,the enthusiasm of various disciplines has been greatly encouraged,and obvious progress has been made in medical treatment,teaching and scientific research. Hospital management is more scientific and meticulous,and the influence of the hospital has been significantly improved. Conclusion:The implementation of classified management and assessment of clinical departments can guide all disciplines to actively create in accordance with the development direction and management goals formulated by the hospital,improve discipline execution,and promote the overall development of the hospital.
