| 目的：探讨我院以患者为中心的多学科诊疗模式开展现状，以提高医疗质量。方法：以我院2018年—2019年进行门诊MDT的患儿158例作为研究对象，进行回顾性分析。结果：两年间发起多学科会诊的专科共20个，涵盖全院专科的83.33%，受邀参与会诊的专科涉及临床所有专科，参与率100%。为患儿明确诊断，制定最佳治疗方案，选择适宜手术时机。结论：多学科会诊能提高医疗质量，缩短诊疗时间，提升用药的依从性。同时能增进学科间交流，促进学科发展。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：Toexplore the current situation of the patient centeredmultidisciplinary treatment in our hospital，to improve medical quality. Methods：158 MDT outpatients in our hospital from 2018 to 2019 were selected as research objects，to perform retrospective analysis. Results：In two years，there were 20 departments that initiated multidisciplinary treatment，covered 83.33% of the departments in the whole hospital. The invited departments involved all clinical departments，with a participation rate of 100%. Multidisciplinary treatment can make clear diagnosis for each child，make the best treatment plan and choose the right time for operation. Conclusion：It can improve the quality of medical treatment，shorten the time of diagnosis and treatment，and improve the compliance of medication. At the same time，it can enhance interdisciplinary communication and promote the development of disciplines. |
