| 目的：探讨疫情期间SBAR沟通方式在日间化疗病房二次预检中的应用效果。方法：分析疫情期间日间化疗病房现有的或潜在的护患沟通问题，应用SBAR沟通方式设计护患沟通模板，组织培训，制定并实施沟通流程。结果：运用SBAR沟通方式进行二次预检，患者得到安全、及时、有效的治疗和护理，因沟通不良引起的各种不规范行为从原有的50％下降到l0％，患者对护理人员的满意度从85％上升到94％。结论：疫情期间运用SBAR沟通方式进行二次预检，可促进患者安全，提高护士的评判性思维能力，提高患者对护理人员的满意度。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To investigate the effect of SBAR communication in the secondary pre-examination of the daytime chemotherapy ward during the epidemic period. Methods：Analyze the existing or potential communication problems between nurses and patients in the day chemotherapy ward during the epidemic，design the communication template for nurses and patients by using SBAR communication method，organize training，and develop and implement the communication process. Results：The SBAR communication method was used for the second pre-examination，and the patients received safe，timely and effective treatment and care. The non-standard behaviors caused by poor communication decreased from 50% to 10%，and the patients’ satisfaction with the nursing staff increased from 85% to 94%. Conclusion：SBAR communication method was used for the second pre-examination during the epidemic period to promote the safety of patients，improve the critical thinking ability of nurses，and improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing staff. |
