| 目的：淮安市某三甲综合医院突发疫情应急情况下，多部门协调快速建设负压隔离病房。方法：通过采用任务分工时间进度表，部门间交叉施工表进行建设。结果：通过多部门的分工协作快速建成负压隔离病房，应对突发疫情。结论：部门间任务分工、时间进度跟进有助于快速建设负压隔离病房，应对突发疫情。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：How to coordinate the rapid construction of negative pressure isolation ward by multi departments in an emergency situation when a certain tertiary hospital in Huai’an responds to an outbreak. Method：The construction was carried out by adopting the schedule of task division time and the cross-department construction table. Results：The negative pressure isolation ward was quickly built through the division of labor and cooperation of multiple departments to cope with the outbreak. Conclusion：The division of tasks and follow-up of time between departments is helpful for the rapid construction of negative-pressure isolation wards and the response to emergencies. |
