新冠肺炎疫情下南京市区域范围内各级医院互联网诊疗服务质量调研

摘要:
目的:调研在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下南京市区域范围内互联网诊疗服务质量。方法:利用SERVQUAL服务质量评价模型构建调查问卷,并采用滚雪球抽样法进行抽样调查。结果:调研结果显示,各家医疗机构及时开设互联网诊疗服务顺应民心,满足了群众的基本需求。但是仍然存在诸多可以改进之处。结论:应进一步优化诊疗服务界面设置,丰富服务类型,提升服务人员质量,提供个性化、长周期的健康服务等。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the quality of Internet diagnosis and treatment services in Nanjing under the outbreak of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia. Method:Use SERVQUAL service quality evaluation model to construct a questionnaire,and use snowball sampling method to conduct a sample survey. Results:The survey results show that the timely opening of Internet medical services by various hospitals conforms to the public’s aspirations and meets the basic needs of the people. However,there are still many improvements that should be made. Conclusion:Hospitals should optimize the diagnosis and treatment service interface settings,enrich the types of services,improve the quality of service personnel,and provide personalized,long-term health services,and so on.
