目的:构建利于真实反映医疗机构满意度情况的调查方式,提高患者满意度调查结果对改善医疗服务的指导效用。方法:通过医疗机构患者满意度调查文献查阅和对比研究,了解各类患者满意度调查方式的优缺点。结果:如何更好地兼顾时效性、有效性和精确性,是满意度调查方法的改进方向。结论:基于医疗机构手机APP的患者满意度调查,能够在节约人力成本的情况下实现满意度的二维评价,能够保证问卷结果及时有效,是医疗机构患者满意度调查方式的发展趋势。 |

Abstract: |
Objective:To construct a survey method that can truly reflect the satisfaction of medical institutions,and promote the guiding role of patient satisfaction survey results in improving medical services. Methods:Through literature review and comparative discussion of different methods of patient satisfaction surveys in medical institutions,understand the advantages and disadvantages of different patient satisfaction surveys. Results:How to better balance timeliness,effectiveness and accuracy is the improvement direction of satisfaction survey methods. Conclusion:The patient satisfaction survey based on the mobile phone APP of medical institutions can realize the two-dimensional evaluation of satisfaction while saving labor costs,and can ensure the timely and effective results of the questionnaire.It is the development trend of patient satisfaction surveys in medical institutions. |
