| 作者介绍大数据与智慧医院的相关概念，并进行大数据应用于智慧医院建设的SWOT分析，优势是医院信息化建设较为完善、医院领导重视支持；劣势为缺乏经验支撑、缺少专业人士；机遇是国家政策推动、业界广泛关注；挑战为安全难保、军改影响。在全面分析的基础上，医院进行了实践探索并取得了一定成果，以期为后期探索提供经验、奠定基础。 |

| Abstract: |
| This article introduces the related concepts of big data and wise hospitals，performs SWOT analysis of big data applied to the construction of wise hospitals. Advantages are the hospital’s information construction is relatively complete，and hospital leaders attach importance to support. Disadvantages are lack of experience and professionals. Opportunities are driven by national policies and widely watched by the industry. Challenges are the guarantee of security and the impact of military reform. Based on a comprehensive analysis，the hospital conducted practical exploration and achieved certain results，with a view to providing experience and laying the foundation for later exploration. |
