| 目的：通过研究不同ECMO厂家产品参数及使用情况，总结影响ECMO采购的相关因素。方法：选取索林、美敦力、迈柯唯、米道斯四家市场占有率相对较高的品牌，分别从配套的耗材及仪器本身对比；通过华东地区四家医院共计8台次的调研，了解各家产品实际使用情况。结果：仪器参数都能满足临床需求；耗材根据临床需要自行组合，可规避某些品牌的局限。结论：ECMO作为一种有创、高消耗性医疗技术，最佳的可能临床收益人群并不明确，采购时需根据医院自身的特点，选取不同的品牌。 |

| Comparison of technical parameters and medical consumables which related to procurement |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To summarize the relevant factors affecting ECMO purchasing by comparing the product parameters and usage of ECMO about different manufacturers. Method：Comparing the matching consumables and instruments themselves which has relatively high market share such as SORIN，Medtronic，MAQUET and MEDOS.The actual usage of each product was investigated through eight surveys in four hospitals in East China. Results：The instrument parameters can meet the clinical demands，according to the clinical demands consumables can be self-assembled to avoid the limitations of some brands. Conclusion：As a kind of invasive and high consumptive medical technology，ECMO has unclear potential clinical benefits. Different brands should be selected according to the characteristics of hospitals. |
