| 目的：分析纤维支气管镜（简称纤支镜）检查患者的焦虑水平及其影响因素。方法：应用SAS焦虑自评量表及自制的资料调查表，对该院呼吸科2017年4月至2018年4月收诊的500例呼吸系统疾病患者进行问卷调查。将调查结果与全国常模（测验分数相互比较标准，解释测验结果的参照标准）比较，同时分析影响患者焦虑水平的因素。结果：与全国常模相比，500例患者的焦虑水平明显更高（P＜0.05）；不同性别、居住地及对纤支镜检查了解程度不同的患者的焦虑水平比较均存在统计学差异（P＜0.05）；不同年龄、经济状况、文化程度患者的焦虑水平比较无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论：接受纤支镜检查的患者普遍存在焦虑心理，且影响其焦虑水平的因素较多，临床应及时采取相应解决策略，以有效消除患者不良情绪，保证纤支镜检查能顺利进行。 |

| Investigation of anxiety level in patients undergoing fiberoptic bronchoscopy and analysis of influencing factors |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To analyze the anxiety level and its influencing factors of patients undergoing fiberbronchoscopy. Methods：500 patients with respiratory diseases were investigated by SAS self-rating anxiety scale and self-made data questionnaire in the respiratory department of the hospital from April 2017 to April 2018. The results were compared with national norms（criteria for comparing test scores and interpreting test results），and the factors influencing patients’ anxiety levels were analyzed. Results：Compared with the national norm，the anxiety level of 500 patients was significantly higher（P < 0.05）.There were statistically significant differences in anxiety levels among patients with different gender，place of residence and understanding of bronchoscopy（P < 0.05）. There were no statistically significant differences in anxiety levels among patients of different ages，economic status and educational level（P > 0.05）. Conclusion：Patients undergoing fiberbronchoscopy are generally anxious，and there are many factors that affect their anxiety level. Therefore，corresponding strategies should be adopted in time to effectively eliminate patients’bad emotions and ensure the smooth progress of fiberbronchoscopy. |
