人工智能在儿童骨龄影像诊断的应用及发展

摘要:
目的:探讨人工智能在儿童骨龄影像诊断的优势、应用现状以及发展趋势。方法:介绍并分析了几种传统的基于图像关键特征的骨龄测定方法,通过跟踪近几年人工智能在儿童骨龄影像诊断方面的研究进展以及结合最新的骨龄智能化辅助诊断系统在两所儿童医院的落地实施情况,对比分析了人工智能辅助阅片的性能和效率优势,探讨了人工智能辅助医学影像诊断发展中存在的问题,并对该技术未来的发展趋势进行展望。结果:通过对比发现,人工智能阅片相较人工阅片,在效率和准确率上具有明显优势。结论:人工智能的应用可以有效地缓解当前的医疗资源紧张的现状,医生和AI协作阅片将成为影像医生工作的新模式。

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the advantages,application status and development trend of artificial intelligence(AI)in bone age imaging diagnosis of children. Methods:Several traditional methods of bone age determination based on key features of image were introduced and analyzed. By tracking AI in the children’s bone age image diagnosis in recent years and combined with the latest research progress of bone age intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system in the implementation of two children’s hospitals,we analyzed the performance and efficiency advantages of AI auxiliary read,discussed AI auxiliary problems existing in the development of medical imaging diagnosis,predicted the technology development trend of the future. Results:Through comparison,it was found that AI had obvious advantages over artificial reading in efficiency and accuracy. Conclusion:The application of AI could effectively relieve the current situation of the shortage of medical resources,and the collaborative reading between doctors and AI would become a new mode for the work of imaging doctors.
