| 目的：利用三级医院的管理和技术优势支持基层医院提升医疗质量和技术水平。方法：由医院协会组织三级医院的管理和技术专家，利用“院会协作”的形式，定期去基层指导二级医院工作。结果：通过5年的院会协作，全面提升了二级医院质量管理水平，建立了完善的质量管理网络体系，管理方法科学实用，管理环节日趋规范，资料完整齐全，管理理念不断深化，初步掌握了管理工具的应用。结论：院会协作是开展技术和质量管理帮扶的有效平台，可充分发挥医院协会的资源和技术优势，推动二级医院管理能力和技术水平的全面提升，强化医院人才培养和学科建设，增强医院内涵质量和综合实力。 |

| Practice and experience of improving the medical quality of secondary hospitals under the framework of association collaboration△ |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To use the management and technical advantages of tertiary hospitals to support primary hospitals to improve medical quality and technical level. Method：The hospital association organized management and technical experts of Grade Ⅲ hospital to regularly guide Grade Ⅱ hospital in the form of “association collaboration”. Results：Through five years of collaboration，the quality management level of secondary hospitals was comprehensively improved，a sound quality management network system was established. The management methods were scientific and practical，the management steps were increasingly standardized，the management ideas were in-depth，and the application of management tools was initially grasped. Conclusion：The association collaboration is an effective platform for technical and quality management assistance，which can give full play to the resources and technical advantages of hospital association，promote the overall improvement of management capabilities and technical level of secondary hospitals，strengthen the training of hospital talents and the discipline construction，and enhance the quality and comprehensive strength of the secondary hospitals. |
